CricBlaster is an AI-powered cricket coaching platform that provides technique analysis, cricket knowledge training, decision-making scenarios, mental performance sessions, and fitness benchmarking. The service is available via web application at cricblaster.com.

2. Account Requirements

To use CricBlaster, you must:

• Be at least 6 years of age
• Have parental or guardian consent if under 13 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Subscription Terms

CricBlaster offers free and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Family). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Features may vary between tiers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is not cricket-related or that violates any law
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI coaching models or algorithms
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Upload content depicting minors without appropriate parental consent

5. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated coaching reports, drill plans, scenarios, visualisation sessions, and analysis outputs are the intellectual property of CricBlaster. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these outputs for your own cricket development. The CricBlaster name, logo, and branding are trademarks of CricBlaster Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

CricBlaster provides AI-assisted coaching guidance only. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from following coaching recommendations, drill plans, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified coach and medical professional for physical training. CricBlaster's analysis is based on AI pose estimation and may not capture all aspects of technique.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
