1. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use CricBlaster:

• Email address and name (for your account)
• Date of birth, gender, and country (for age-appropriate content and benchmarking)
• Cricket profile - playing level, batting/bowling style, discipline, heroes
• Video recordings - uploaded for technique analysis only
• Analysis results, scores, and session history
• Device and browser information for service improvement

2. How We Use It

Your data is used to:

• Generate personalised AI coaching reports and drill plans
• Track your progress across the Skill, Knowledge, IQ, Mind and Fitness pillars
• Provide age-appropriate and level-appropriate content
• Improve our coaching models through anonymous, aggregated data
• Send you progress emails (if you opted in - unsubscribe any time)

3. Video Processing

Your video is permanently deleted within 60 seconds of upload. CricBlaster processes your video to extract pose estimation data (skeletal keypoints) and then immediately deletes the original video. We never store, share, or view your video footage. Only the numerical pose data and resulting analysis scores are retained.

4. Children's Data

CricBlaster is designed for cricketers aged 6 and above. For users under 13 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required during signup. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements. Parents can request access to or deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

Your account data, analysis results, and scores are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Deletion - Request permanent deletion of your account and all data
• Correction - Update or correct any inaccurate information
• Portability - Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt out - Unsubscribe from emails at any time

7. Cookies and Local Storage

CricBlaster uses cookies and browser local storage to operate the service:

• Authentication cookies - set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. Required for the service to function.
• Admin session cookie - set only when an administrator signs into the admin panel. Not used by regular accounts.
• No tracking or advertising cookies are set by CricBlaster.

You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out.

8. Third-Party Sub-Processors

CricBlaster relies on the following third-party services to process parts of your data. Each is bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

• Supabase (United States / Singapore) - database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Resend (United States) - transactional email delivery for analysis reports and account communications.
• Cloudflare R2 (global edge network) - temporary video storage during processing. Videos are deleted within seconds of analysis completion.
• Render (United States, Oregon) - web application and pose-analysis server hosting.
• Stripe (United States) - payment processing for paid subscriptions. CricBlaster does not store or process payment card details directly.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
