Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Window

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every new paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with CricBlaster within the first 7 days of your initial paid signup, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time paid subscribers only.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@cricblaster.com within 7 days of your paid signup. Include:

  • The email address on your CricBlaster account
  • The reason for your refund request (briefly — we use this to improve)

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. We will email you to confirm once the refund is issued.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are refundable within the same 7-day window from the initial paid signup. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, consistent with the monthly rule. You may still cancel any time to prevent renewal.

4. What is NOT Refundable

  • Partial-month charges after the 7-day window has elapsed
  • Renewal charges on existing subscriptions (only the initial paid signup is covered)
  • B2B coach and academy plans — these are handled case-by-case via support
  • The free tier — there is nothing to refund

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact support@cricblaster.com first. We work hard to resolve every issue before it becomes a dispute. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
